180-Day Return Policy

We provide a 180-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible items. If 180 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Wait for the Return Request to be processed (1-2 Days)

When your return request is accepted you will need to send the parcel with your returning items to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International return shipping costs

if you want to return an item that was bought using a paid express shipping method – we will print a shipping label for you and pay for all the shipping costs.

If you want to return an item bought with a free shipping option – all the return shipping costs are on your side.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Exchanges
